Quilliene is always angry. How could she not be, with everything that has happened in her life? Her parents passed away, the country is left to her, and an annoying bodyguard left to her by the prior king and queen follows her everywhere. She finds him incredibly annoying – especially since he’s only a commoner. Hopefully her magickal powers can sustain her temper for longer than usual.
Second Main Character
Neo
Being a simple guy, Neo doesn’t know why he took the job to protect her newly appointed majesty. Well, perhaps it was to get out of prison, or maybe to punish himself for all he did. Afterall, following her around every day is torture enough. She hates him – he can tell. However, she does happen to be the only one to withstand his ‘ability’ of deterioration.
ECCENTRICITY PART ONE
Eccentricity: Chronicles of Enigma is a story about a woman who never wanted to be queen, but finds herself forced into the role anyway, alongside her parents’ newly appointed bodyguard. This book involves an opposites attract trope, romance, action, fantasy, science fiction, mystery, superpowers, magick, royalty, female lead, character development, sadness, and heartbreak.

1990. A year that changed the lives of many in London, but more specifically, the life of the Queen.
The day before Quilliene was appointed Queen, she was given a bodyguard by her parents. As it was their last wish, she finds herself unable to rid herself of him. She sees everything about him repulsive - he’s a commoner, he’s sarcastic, and most of all, he’s always, always around. Alas, she finds she requires his assistance, as to discover the one who murdered her parents.
For Neo, he can’t help but hate his newly appointed position as a bodyguard. For the Queen of England, no less. He hates everything about her - she’s stoic, she’s royalty, and most of all, he always, always has to follow her. It isn’t until they find her parents murdered, and he discovers that she has powerful abilities like him, does he find his new life interesting once more.
about the author
Jaydine Krinchov is a 20-year-old transgender (female to male) and lives in Wyoming with his mother (who is also an author) and their two cats. He is a lover of animals, music, reading, and of course writing. This young man started working on and planning The Chronicles of Enigma Saga at age 11 and has finally seen his dreams come true as he self-published the first book in the series (or book zero) on Amazon and Blurb with more sites to be added soon. Now he has already finished the second installment of The Chronicles Of Enigma (also dubbed book zero) and is working on his next novel for the series as well as many other stories that aren't a part of that saga.
